Membership includes the stated percentage off per infusion with a maximum of four infusions per month (once a week per infusion). Memberships also include one free B12 intramuscular injection per month (a $25 value). Memberships will be placed on a monthly auto pay using any major credit card. All memberships include four drips per month with one free B12 injection. All unused drips and B12 injections expire at the end of every monthly billing cycle and do not roll over from month to month.
Memberships can be canceled anytime after the second billing cycle by contacting an Essential Wellness 360 representative directly via phone, email, or text. Cancellations must be submitted in writing 3 days before the next billing cycle is to begin.
